Jatilan is another kind of trance dance.  The other name for jatilan is Jaran Kepang (jaran is horse in Javanese). The most eye-cathing and dramatic is the dancer on a flat bamboo horse who becomes entranced. He moves wildly, rolling himself on the ground several times, whipped many times by the dukun - the leader of the jatilan group, the whole thing is quite demonic. It is something beyond logic. The performance usually takes about thirty to sixty minutes time by 15 to 50 dancers. (male and female).

Kubrosiswo Kubro means great and siswo means students. This is a colosal dance simbolizing Ki Garang Serang, soldioer of  Prince Diponegoro to set his journey thourgh Menoreh and Merapi mountain range. This Volk dance is populer throught out in central java.the dance involved young people,boys and girls.the interesting part of this dance is the courageous motion of dancers all together in aparade.

Dayakan is created by local people especially from the slope of Mount Merbabu and Merapi. This dance is originally to set up a kubah when local people build a mousque. The unique of this dance is its bright and vatiery costume which mostly like Indian consute. Dayak also means group, so this dance is normaly perfomanced by more dancers.

Kuda Lumping Kesenian kuda lumping ini menceritakan Prabu Klono Suwandono dan Panji. Kesenian ini mulanya digunakan sebagai sarana penyembuhan, nadar atau syukuran. Kesenian yang dilakukan secara massal ini diiringi seperangkat Gamelan Slendro dan pelok.

Warokan is very dynamic moving dance by group of 10 to 25 dancers. The dance is telling a story of Warok Seco Darmo and Suro Menggolo, who held a practical  fight prior to the beatle. This dance simbolizes a handsom and wise leader from both of two groups. Suc gamelan instrumens of slendro, bende and bedug are very dominat. The performance takes 30 to 50 minutes.
